Recently, Fairview™ was engaged to spearhead the financing of a new affordable community for seniors in Illinois. The community includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, all incorporating universal design features, energy efficiency and modern amenities. Given the high demand and limited supply of senior housing in the area, this development aims to address significant unmet needs. Combined with a 9% award, Fairview™ served as the conduit through which soft funding was brought into the transaction.
