About Fairview™ Housing Partners
Fairview™ Housing Partners is dedicated to expanding access to affordable housing through acquisition, preservation, and development. Since its founding in 2022, the organization has worked to address the national housing crisis by connecting communities with the resources, partnerships, and programs they need to thrive.
Housing Operations
Fairview™ provides comprehensive business management and operational support for affordable housing communities on behalf of development partners. Key elements of this work include:
- Ensuring strong operational collaboration and mission alignment
- Supporting long-term affordability and sustainability
- Managing the full property lifecycle, from construction through stabilization
- Help coordinating financing, regulatory compliance, and reporting requirements
This hands-on approach helps keep complex LIHTC and mixed-income developments on track while maintaining mission oriented.
Creative Financing
Fairview’s financing platform is designed to help developers overcome cost pressures and make affordable housing projects viable. Through its subordinate lending solutions, Fairview™ provides resource coordination services for property owners, connecting communities to public and private funding streams that support long-term financial stability and resident-focused operations.
Resident Services
Fairview™ extends its impact beyond housing by delivering meaningful support services directly to residents. Through national and local partnerships, the organization connects communities to programs our residents need, such as:
- Financial literacy classes
- Career training and workforce development
- Nutritional assistance
- Healthcare access
- Voter registration
- Veteran support
- Broadband connectivity
- After-school and youth programming delivered in collaboration with the National Equity Fund, Morgan Stanley, and the Baseball Hall of Fame
Advocacy and Policy Engagement
Fairview™ actively advocates for policies that strengthen affordable housing at the local, state, and federal levels. Its efforts include:
- Submitting recommendations on Qualified Allocation Plans (QAPs)
- Promoting policies prioritizing resident services and long-term sustainability
- Conducting and publishing research on critical issues, such as rising insurance costs
- Supporting the expansion of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
- Engaging directly with policymakers to advance the interests of residents and operators
